1I had to leave in the middle of a video will it start from where I left off?
The Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensure requires us to implement regular checkpoints to document that users are present during all their course requirements. Each 2-credit course is broken into 8 sections. Users will be required to mark each section complete in order to complete that section and move on to the next section or topic. In the event that you leave during one of those sections, you will be required to start that section over. Each section is approximately 14-16 minutes long. Your last checkpoint will be recoreded and you will only have to start from that last checkpoint.
2I press play and nothing is happening. What do I do?
Each section video is set to automatically play when the page loads. If you click on the video, it will pause the video. Please first try clicking on the video to see if you inadvertently paused the video. If you didn't, please make sure that you are receiving adequate Internet connection by visiting another, less-commonly visited website in another browser or tab. If the issue persists, please contact us by emailing us at support@pageoneeducation.com or calling us at (339) 223-1835
3My video is buffering (stopping and starting every few seconds) what can I do to fix this?
Our video courses are delivered on one of the world's most reliable video streaming providers. If you happen to be experiencing buffering, or slow video delivery, please consider the following:

1. Close all other websites, browser tabs, and software programs. Your computer may be allocating too much power to other websites or programs.

2. Clear your cache (instructions on how to do so here) and then restart your Internet browser.

3. Computers that have not been restarted in awhile will often encounter slower speeds. We suggest that you restart your computer and then try your online course again.

4. Phones that are not connect to a Wi-Fi, or a poor performing Wi-Fi will often encounter slower speeds. We suggest finding a location where better reception is available, or using a computer that has a direct-wired Internet connection.

You will be able to view your registered courses in the My Account Dashboard, as well as the Registered Classes dashboard. From there, you will be able to begin taking the course at the bottom of the course page by starting from the first course topic.

Each 2-hour topic is broken into 8 sections. Each section is approximately 15 minutes long. You will need to complete each section in order to move onto the next section, by clicking on the "Mark Section Complete" button in the lower left corner of each section page. Please keep in mind that while each video can be paused or rewound for your convenience, each section is time restricted.
